Projects all go through a lifecycle, with the stages often referred to as process groups. The five process groups are:

We can act as an Owner's Advisor, as your Agent, as your contractor's Consultant, or in an alternate contractual relationship that best suits your business needs. In any case, there is the opportunity for us to provide project management support.
Each project is unique, and each project team has unique requirements. Depending on the team and your requirements, we will customize our project management approach and the tools we use.
One of the most important decisions an Owner needs to make is the type of project delivery model. Three of the most common approaches are referred to as: design-bid-build; design-build, and; construction management. We can help you work through the implications of each strategy, and assist you in determining the most appropriate model for your project. Once a project delivery model is determined, we can then provide guidance and resources to help you manage the various aspects of the project that remain your responsibility to coordinate. Together, we'll deliver a quality project on time and on budget.
